    <title>back at school</title>

    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;Today&amp;nbsp;school started again after Mid-term (1 week off). I have to say I don't feel as rested&amp;nbsp;as they expect us to. =P I need more sleep!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway it's a DD so I thought it'd be harder to cope since I'd be in school all day but it wasn't so hard at all. I just didn't have breakfast and then at lunch (1 o'clock) I had a plate of boiled carrots [55-ish], and Diet Coke. I have&amp;nbsp;an extra hour of Irish after school (cause our teacher's crazy =P) so I didn't get home till 5, when I&amp;nbsp;had&amp;nbsp;4 rice cakes [26 each]&amp;nbsp;and I&amp;nbsp;haven't had anything since. =) So I'm&amp;nbsp;happy about that cause I feel utterly motivated right now and know I won't eat anything else tonight.&amp;nbsp;Woot!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One of my friends has an iPhone! I was like ".........WHAT" cause&amp;nbsp;my uncle came&amp;nbsp;home from America for a&amp;nbsp;few days and he had one, so he brought it (obviously) and I&amp;nbsp;fell in love with it straightaway. They're not released here yet, y'see.&amp;nbsp;So it was funny in an ironic way, that my friend got one. xD&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Um. Yeah.&lt;br /&gt;I wanna lose weight already!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;=P&lt;/p&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">so yeah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kinda random in that on my last two UD's, I've pretty much been binging. it's kinda...meh. BUT i think it's that, on wednesday it was halloween and i was at two parties, and yesterday i went to the cinema with my friends so we were eating out and stuff...anyway i think i'll do fairly well tomorrow. keep to my calorie limit, that is. which is a lot anyway.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;today's my DD and i've already had 100 calories which i'm not too pleased about but it's okay. i'm going to try not to eat anything else, but i want some hot chocolate later and that's 32 calories per serving. it's one of those ones you put in water. i don't know if it's nice or not but i'll try it. and then just lots of tea. tea's a lifesaver, pretty much. =P&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;like i said before on the juddd community....no weight loss. but i've been told that happens a lot and that i should see some in this week. here's hoping. =)&amp;nbsp;and at least i haven't gained.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;school starts back the day after tomorrow. blaaah. and then 6 weeks till christmas holidays. aaaaand 6 weeks till my 17th birthday! wewt!&amp;nbsp;(which, btw, is an UD. yes i counted. so is christmas day, in case you're interested =P)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;we went to see &lt;strong&gt;30 days of night &lt;/strong&gt;yesterday. it was alright.....not great, but not that bad either. =P&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;hope you're all doing great! xxx&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">bm&lt;p&gt;130 lbs - Nov 7th&lt;br /&gt;120 lbs - Nov 14th&lt;br /&gt;-end of 2 week challenge-&lt;br /&gt;110 lbs - Nov 21st&lt;br /&gt;100 lbs - Nov 28th&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okay. 10lbs a week is way overambitious, I know. But I might as well try it.&lt;br /&gt;However, keeping plateaus in mind, I'm giving myself until the &lt;strong&gt;22 December &lt;/strong&gt;to be 100lbs. Thaaat's...45kg. And a loss of 18kg.&amp;nbsp;In just over 7 weeks.&amp;nbsp;Which is...2.5kg a week, on average. Still a bit ambitious, but that's the plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;At 5'3 and 100lbs, my BMI would be a sweet, sweet &lt;strong&gt;17.7. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I know I've mentioned this time and again, but tomorrow's the first time I weigh myself since starting JUDDD. I'm nervous. =P &lt;/p&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;I think I binged today.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Badly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had hardly any real food to eat, unfortunately. =/ Just sweets and shit like that. But at least now Halloween's over. And with JUDDD it's not too hard to follow. I just hope I didn't go /&lt;em&gt;too&lt;/em&gt;/ far over my UD allowance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tomorrow's a DD, which I'm fairly sure I'll be able to manage, seeing as how I'm so full and guilty from today. I seriously considered purging, but...that's never really worked for me in the past. =/&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;*sigh*&lt;br /&gt;First weigh-in on JUDDD on Friday morning.&lt;br /&gt;I &lt;strong&gt;hope&lt;/strong&gt; it's good news.&lt;/p&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;I was planning on not going over 100 today cause I want this to work well and the best results are obtained from fasting on you DD, or close to it...but then we were having lunch and my mum basically made me eat something cause she thinks i don't eat enough, so like...unfortunately she didn't see me yesterday when I was practically stuffing my face cause I was away all day...anyway she'll see me tomorrow =P Another UD, and it'll be Halloween...so..yeah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway I had salad and two hard boiled egg whites. I'm estimating the salad at 50 and the eggs at 32 for both, plus I had three rice cakes earlier which comes to almost 150 - ish. Which isn't too bad. I'm going to try not to eat anything else today, just have a cup of tea. Woo. =)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hooooopefully my parents will just leave me alone for today. And I'll make a point of eating a lot tomorrow in front of them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If they do go on at me today I might have to bring it up to 200. My allowance on JUDDD Down Day's - the 20% one (or lower? the lowest anyway) is 460 or so, so I'm still okay. I just want to do this properly. =)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'll weigh myself on Friday.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also the plateau may have not been a plateau - I'm on my period as of yesterday so it was probably just that. So yeah.&lt;/p&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;So today was my first JUDDDD&amp;nbsp;Up Day.&lt;br /&gt;I started yesterday on a Down Day.&lt;br /&gt;And tomorrow will be another one. I'm going to try to eat 100-200 calories max.&lt;br /&gt;Hopefully it shouldn't be too hard.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;nbsp;ate quite a lot today, which I'm not feeling too&amp;nbsp;good about, but......I've heard a lot of very good things about this&amp;nbsp;diet. I'm going to do my best&amp;nbsp;not to weigh myself until the morning after my third Down Day - ie. Friday morning.&lt;br /&gt;That's gona be hard. I hoooooope there's an improvement, I really do. Cause I've been plateau-ing recently and plateaus are quite possibly THE most annoying thing ever ever. I always get them.....not fair. =(&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I will keep you updated on how this goes for me.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Like I said I've heard a lot of good thigns about it. Then again, sometimes a diet just doesn't suit some people. But I really hope this suits me.&lt;/p&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">Yow.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9lbs to go for Monday week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kay, so I'm seriously considering starting JUDDDD. But.......I'm scaaaared. What if I do shit? And fail? And just end up gaining like 100lbs =(&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ugh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My mum bought rice cakes, thank God. =P 26 calories in each one and I, thankfully, love them. ^^ I've already had an egg (80) and tbsp of peanut butter (100) so I can't really eat that much else today. I'm going to the gym, too, pretty soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;She also bought peanuts though, and I love anything salty, so it's kinda hard to resist them. But I koinda have to don't I. =P Being thin will be way better, won't it? =)&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On a completely unrelated note, I had the best dream ever last night. It was hilarious. Sylar tried to kill me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am waaaayyy too obsessed with Heroes. =P</content>

And so on.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Until I reach a plateau.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then I'll jolt things around a bit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1st Goal: &lt;/strong&gt;10lbs by the end of mid-term (Monday 4th November)&lt;br /&gt;Hopefully!&lt;/p&gt;</content>
